Rose is the founder and CEO of ClientSmart. The company teaches it's clients—law firms and in-house legal departments—new and refined ways to think about the business of law.
Rose brings to her clients over 20 years in leadership roles that have given her an inside-outside view of the business of law—attorney at both a large and a boutique law firm, general counsel, and director of business development at an Am Law 200 firm.
Rose also brings to her clients experience as an entrepreneur. In her first venture she pioneered the use of flexible attorney staffing (contract attorneys) and in less than 10 years grew a one-person shop into a five-office national enterprise acquired by an NYSE-listed company. She then led the funding and launch of a venture-backed online marketplace (Yelp + Ticketmaster) to find and buy classes in the learning for fun space.
Lastly, Rose brings to her clients an unbridled and contagious enthusiasm for creating and celebrating wins that matter.
